Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the web-site of Biocom Ltd. www.biocom.by and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the web-site).

By using the web-site and (or) leaving personal data on the website, the User agrees to use data on the terms which set out in this Privacy Policy.

Relations connected with the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information, provided by the User, regulated by this Policy and applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, the use of this site should be immediately discontinued.

1. TERMS

1.1. The Web-site - site, located at the following https://biocom.by.

All exclusive rights to the web-site and its separate elements (including software, design) are fully owned by the web-site owner – Biocom ltd. (registered in the Republic of Belarus and located: 220003, Aulskaya str., 39, Grodno).

1.2. The web-site administration is the authorized representatives of the web-site’s owner who has the right to manage the web-site and (or) process personal data.

1.3. The User is a person who has access to the web-site through the Internet and uses information, provided on the site, for the personal or business purposes.

1.4. Personal data is User’s personal data which the User provides on himself or herself or in the process of the web-site’s functionality usage.

1.5. Personal data processing is any action, involving personal data including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer, deletion of personal data.

1.6. Confidentiality of personal data is a regulatory requirement to prevent their dissemination with the exception of cases provided by law.

1.7. Non-personal information is information that ca not be used to identify a given person.

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. USER RIGHTS

2.1. Biocom Ltd. collects and stores only those personal data which are needed for the User identification and interaction with the User.

In the cases where the User completes the feedback form, contacts Biocom ltd. by e-mail, subscribes to Biocom Ltd. mailings, participates in any relevant promotions, competitions, drawing prizes, does any other actions on the web-site and/or uses any part of the web-site, the User gives consent to:

- processing their personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, processing, clarification (updating, changing), comparison, use, impersonation, blocking, deletion and also implementation of any actions with the personal data taking into consideration current legislation;

- receiving advertising materials, newsletters and (or) other information from Biocom Ltd., via email, fax, SMS, messengers such as Viber, WhatsApp and other means of communication;

- conducting statistical and other research.

The User gives consent to usage of personal data also for:

- user identification registered on the web-site;

- provision and offer of goods, works (services);

- improving web-site quality, user-friendliness, developing new functions and capabilities;

- feedback from the user, including sending of notices concerning use of the site, services, message processing from the User.

- confirmation of reliability and completeness of personal data provided by the User;

- creating the User’s account.

Personal data, collected by Biocom Ltd. through the web-site can be combined with information reported by User via other means (orally, in writing, by fax and etc.).

The User’s consent remains valid until the revoking by the User via sending the written notification to Biocom’s email address: export@biocom.by

2.2. Biocom Ltd, collects and processes the following personal data:

- surname and first names;

- email address;

- contact telephone numbers;

- company details;

- day, months, year of birth;

- job title;

- any other information related to the User’s identity.

2.3. The User has the right:

2.3.1. to find our (request) what his/her personal data is stored by Biocom Ltd.;

2.3.2. to request clarification of his/her personal data, their blocking and destroying data, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate;

2.3.3. to revoke the consent to the collection and processing of the personal data.

2.3.4. to receive information on the processing time of the personal data, including the retention period;

2.3.5. to appeal in the authorized body on the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data or through judicial procedures wrongful actions or omissions under the personal data processing;

2.4. to the destruction of personal data in the case of revoking his/her consent in accordance with the procedure provided in the clause 3.6. of the Privacy Policy.

2.5. Biocom Ltd. is not responsible for incorrect information, provided by the User.

2.6. The User agrees that if he has authorized the provision of his personal data to the third parties, in this case Biocom Ltd. cannot control the usage of disclosed User’s personal data by the third parties.

3. ORDER OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER DATA. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Biocom Ltd. undertakes to use personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

3.2. Personal data and other data of the User is kept confidential, except in cases:

when specified data is publicly available;;

voluntary provision of information about oneself by the User for general public;

data usage with the consent of the User;

the need for the User to use a certain web-site service or to provide service to the User;

the need to provide such information in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus or other applicable legislation and (or) on the basis of a requirement of the authorized state authority.

3.3. Personal data is stored on the server of Biocom Ltd.

3.4. Biocom Ltd. provides reasonable protection of personal data and other data in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Belarus and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures for User’s personal data protection.

3.5. If the User has any questions regarding this Privacy Policy and (or) about the exercise of his rights as well as for revoking of his/her consent, the User contacts the responsible representative of Biocom Ltd. at the following email address: export@biocom.by

3.6. In case of revocation of the User’s consent for processing of personal data, Biocom Ltd. stops to work with personal data.

4. COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. Non-personal information is collected automatically by a web server on which the site is located by means of CMS (content management system), scripts of third-party organizations installed on the web-site. Non-personal information can include: IP address and country of its registration, IMEI device, domain name from which the transition to the web-site biocom.by was made, the transition of site visitors from one page to another, information provided by the browser in cookies, and also other non-Personal data, collected by analytics counters of the third organizations, installed on the site.

4.2. The web-site biocom.by applies the technology «cookies» for creation of the statistical reporting. Cookies is a small amount of data sent by a web-site which your browser saves on your computer’s hard drive. The cookie data contains information you may need for saving your options for browsing and collecting of statistical information on the site (which pages you visited, what was downloaded, the domain name of the Internet provider and visitor’s country, and also external web-site addresses, from which was made the transition to the web-site biocom.by. Also this technology on the site is used by the installed counter of Google, Yandex and others. In addition, standard web-server log books are used to counter the number of visitors and assess the technical capabilities of the site.

4.3. Collection of non-personal information is carried out by the web-site administration with the aim of web-traffic analysis и structuring user interface for the most convenient and efficient usage by the web-site visitors.

4.4. Please, note that in the cookies data do not store your email address and other Personal User data. No personal information will be saved and used by the web-site administration without your consent. 5. UPDATING OF PRIVACY POLICY

5.1. Biocom Ltd. has the right at any time to change Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior approval of the User.

5.2. New edition of Policy becomes effective on the date of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The current edition is always on the page at the biocom.by/privacy_policy

5.3. The User undertakes to monitor Privacy Policy changes on a regular basis independently through reviewing the current edition.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The legislation of the Republic of Belarus applies to this Policy and relationship between the User and Biocom Ltd., arising from the application of Privacy Policy.

6.2. Correspondence between Biocom Ltd. and user is carried out by email. Biocom Ltd. sends letters to the User at the address specified by the User. The letter sent by Biocom Ltd. by email is considered received by the User on the same day.
